Hi, I'm Cherie- Welcome to Hunny Bunny’s Childcare!

 

I'm an Ofsted Registered Childminder located in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. I am fully insured, Paediatric First Aid trained and a registered member of Childcare.co.uk.​

​

I have been an Ofsted registered Childminder in April 2015, working with children aged 0 to 8 years. I hold a Level 3 childcare qualification in Early Years Care and Education and previously worked with children aged 1 to 8 years in both private and school based nurseries. I also have my own two young children.

​

I offer a welcoming, homely and educational setting, with the provision of age appropriate educational resources. I have an activity room and a secure garden, for the exploration of both indoor and outdoor activities. I also have my own high/low chairs, pushchairs, sleep mats, changing mat/table, downstairs toilet, car seats and 7-seater transportation for use.

Childcare provision is available Tuesday-Thursday, 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-1pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Both the 15 and 30 hours Funding are offered, along and After School Care provision, from Forest Glade Primary School (Sutton in Ashfield). Tax free Childcare payments, Bank transfers and Childcare Vouchers are all accepted.

Activities and outings are planned in accordance with the EYFS, Next Steps and children's interests, aiding thier development. Daily updates and Observations are recorded online via the Famly App for under 5's, allowing parents and carers to digitally interact with their child's progress.

Term Time outings to local playgroups, parks and soft play centres are provided at no additional charge. External outings to local country parks, adventure parks, farms and cinemas are provided during school holidays (entry charges may apply). 

​

Packed lunches formula/milk, weaning meals and food catering for allergies/intolerances/dietary preferences, must be supplied from home. Snacks can be provided, or you may supply your own. ​​​I network with other childminders in the area, and we work with each other to provide emergency/holiday cover, if circumstances allow.​
